Based on our test data, we develop calibrated and validated battery physical models under Simulink/Matlab, capable of simulating several years of battery operation within minutes, directly at system level.

Our battery simulation tools allow you to:

  • Evaluate thermal exchanges between and within cells,
  • Test multiple battery thermal management and charging strategies,
  • Compare different pack architectures or battery management system BMS strategies.

Our battery digital model under Excel enables fast computation to refine your battery design, while our Simulink simulator provides a fine, multiphysics, and dynamic view of your battery system.

Models are available as white-box or black-box, for one-time purchase or licensing, and can be parameterized using your own battery testing.
